We stand behind our products. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange or full refund less shipping* within 60 days from your date of purchase.
Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Our team may require up to 48 hours to approve your request.
We simply request that you return the item(s) in its original packaging along with your invoice or RMA number (if provided). Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us, so you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@esqido.com within 60 days of placing your order, and attach a photo of the product.
Esqido reserves the right to issue returns or exchanges as deemed necessary, and may be handled on a case by case basis.
Refused or returned packages
In the case of refused or returned packages, you'll receive a full refund less shipping*.
*Shipping fee is based on our flat shipping rates, and will be deducted from the refund on all orders, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
